Favourite author - J. K. Rowling
When I first saw this task, what my mind went was -
"DIE! How am I suppose to know who is my favourite author? I read books without even knowing who wrote them! There won't be this problem if the question was on favourite artist or comic drawer/writer!"
I came to this conclusion that I only know J. K. Rowling books from the famous Harry Potter series. Well, here goes my post.
Okay, 5 interesting facts on J. K. Rowling.
1) Her real name is Joanne Rowling.
2) She has no middle name, but the "K." is for Kathleen as the second initial of her pseudonym, from her paternal grandmother since she was requested to have 2 initials.
3)
She is the first person to become a U.S.-dollar billionaire by writing books.
4) She was diagnosed with clinical depression, and contemplated suicide around the period in December 1994.
5) Her Harry Potter series
books have gained worldwide attention, won multiple awards, and sold nearly 400 million copies.
Her books are known worldwide and made into films. Her books are written in a series which makes readers wanting to know more and thus going on to the next book. She is probably one of the few (maybe the only) author that makes me take note who wrote that book.

T2W13 Fussy woman
That
tenacious,
asinine woman was very
fastidious about the food she buy. She must have the highest quality type
hook, line and sinker, even a
pittance of low qualities, she will lodge complains.

T2W12 Flag raising ceremony
"On time is late."
Mr Soon once said that and we cannot attend flag raising ceremony
on the dot. We have to be
discreet with the timing to get to the parade square and line up or else we will be
quarry by the teachers for our awaited punishment. If we happen to missed our timing
slovenly to leave the class for parade square, we have to rush down quickly.
This is to avoid a
somber afternoon in detention.

T2W11 Redo-ing
She
usurp the report writing from my hand, read it and tore it. "This report is
paltry! You did a write-up on something so
trivial? Redo it, too
ambiguous!" she screamed right into my face. I stomped out of the room,
rabid.
