Everyone has to follow the array set by the school and participate. Each of us should be ardent and excited to win the games and feel exultation upon it.
Since this is an group event, the leader of the group break the ice by self-introduction. From there, team work and friendship shall build up. Everyone has to pull up his or her weight to keep the group in place.
